INNOVATIVE AGRICULTURAL CLUSTER ‘WESTERN POLISSYA’
The innovative agricultural cluster ‘Western Polissya’ is a new model of regional development in Volyn region by bringing together key agricultural producers to increase added value and enhance export potential.
The creation of the Western Polissya Innovative Agrocluster will help to multiply the region's GDP, attract investment, strengthen producers and create thousands of jobs.
‘REHABILITATION AND PROSTHESIS CENTRE’, in KOVEL
Establishment of a physical and psychological rehabilitation and prosthetics centre on the basis of the medical and health building of the Volyn Regional Hospital ‘Hospice’ in Kovel, to establish a Centre for Physical and Psychological Rehabilitation and Prosthetics, where patients with physical and psychological injuries will receive effective, comprehensive, long-term inpatient rehabilitation and high-quality prosthetics.
The centre includes a rehabilitation complex for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups. The complex includes rehabilitation rooms for physical therapy, an ergotherapy studio, a hall and a playground for physical training and sports rehabilitation, a swimming pool equipped with a special lift, adapted changing rooms and bathrooms for group and individual hydrokinesitherapy classes, a workshop for the repair and individual adjustment of rehabilitation equipment, massage rooms, a room for hardware therapy (physiotherapy), a SPA centre, a functional diagnostics centre, a robotics centre, a training centre, and a round-the-clock medical staff post.

NEUROCENTRE AT THE VOLYN REGIONAL CLINICAL HOSPITAL
Today, stroke surgery is a priority service for the National Health Service of Ukraine.
As part of the creation of the Neurocentre of regional significance at the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital, it is planned to carry out repair work, purchase modern neurosurgical equipment and train medical staff at all levels, which will lead to an increase in the quality and quantity of services provided and operations performed for acute neurological conditions. The centre will focus on strokes, neuro-oncology and neurosurgical trauma.
Equipping the Neurocentre with the latest equipment will bring neurosurgery in the entire Volyn region to a new quality level and bring it to European standards of neurosurgical medical care.
VOLYN PROJECT INCUBATOR
The goal is to form a portfolio of projects that are ready for funding and can be financed by donor organisations, with the support of the Volyn Regional Development Agency.
Objective 1: Develop a project portfolio.
Objective 2: Obtain funding for projects.
Objective 3: Present the best practices of partnerships and projects in Volyn.
Objective 4: Strengthen the dialogue between local authorities, CSOs, and businesses for strategic sustainable development in the context of war, problem solving, and overcoming.
